Join a dynamic team at an independent pharmacy group, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional pharmaceutical care to the community of Gloucestershire. With a network of pharmacies and a dedicated team of over 20 Pharmacists, our client is committed to excellence in patient service and professional development.

You will support the business as a Pharmacist based at their brand-new store in Gloucester (GL10) on a full time, permanent basis working 4 weekdays (8:30am to 6:30pm) & Saturdays (9am to 1pm), however this may be negotiable.

Personal specification for the Pharmacist:

  • GPhC registered Pharmacist with a passion for patient care.
  • Hold a Master’s degree in Pharmacy coupled with completed pre-registration training.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team management.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex medical information to diverse audiences, including the general public and healthcare professionals.
  • Genuine concern for the welfare and well-being of patients.

Key responsibilities for the Pharmacist:

  • Support in the executing of medication dispensing tasks, including compounding, packaging, and labelling medicines.
  • Maintain quality control over medications through vigilant monitoring of drug therapies and providing expert interventions.
  • Support pharmacy operations, working alongside Technicians, ensuring accurate preparation and labelling of medicines.
