Are you an experienced professional with a background in quality and inspections? Our client is looking for a proactive leader to oversee their Inspection Department, ensuring excellence in Goods In Inspection, CMM operations, NDT, and Final Inspections.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and mentor the inspection team, managing resources and workflows.
- Oversee quality control for incoming materials and components.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and industry regulations.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and deliver performance reports.
What we’re looking for:
- Engineering or Quality Management degree.
- Strong experience in subsea oil and gas inspections.
- Proficiency in CMM operations and NDT techniques.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
