Location:Stonehouse, Gloucestershire - You will need a Full UKdriving licence for this position as you will be required to travel to clients offices regularly.

Hours:Full time Monday to Friday, Permanent

Salary:40,000 - 50,000 + Bonuses+ Company car or Car allowance

Our client seeks a motivated and dynamic Project Manager to become part of their team. This role involves overseeing a specific business unit, managing its profit and loss, and leading efforts in business development, sales, and bidding processes.

Key Responsibilities of a Project Manager:

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.

• Successfully closing new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.

• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on schedule and stay within budget.

• Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding client expectations and promptly addressing any concerns.

• Regularly reporting on project status, progress, and performance to stakeholders and senior management.

• Managing the recruitment process to attract and hire top talent for the team.

• Conducting appraisals to evaluate employee performance, set goals, and identify areas for development.

Key Skills of a Project Manager:

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong, long lasting relationships.

• Proactive Attitude

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

• Hold a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.

• Preferably qualified across both technical and management aspects.
