Sales Negotiator - Estate Agency

An excellent opportunity to join our client, an award-winning local Estate Agent, who is looking to recruit a full time Sales Negotiatorto provide support to the Sales and Lettings team based in their friendly Gloucester office (or Stonehouse if you prefer) on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experince as an estate agent to join a real down to earth, friendly and good-humoured team.

Responsibilities

- Conduct property valuations and provide expert advice to clients.

- Generate new business and build relationships with buyers and sellers.

- Manage the sales process from instruction to completion.

- Negotiate offers to achieve the best outcome for clients.

- Carry out property viewings in a professional and engaging manner.

- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

- Provide outstanding customer service and support clients throughout their property journey.

- Previous experince within a similar role.

- Confident, clear communicator.

- Property valuation experience desirable.

Hours: Monday - Fri (8.45am - 5.30pm) plus 1 in 3 Saturdays (8.45am - 4.00pm) with a lieu day.

Salary: £35,000 OTE (£25,000 basic salary + expected commission).
