The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring exceptional maintenance, tenant satisfaction, and financial performance. Day-to-day of the role:

Property Management:

  • Oversee the operations of residential and commercial properties.
  • Maintain properties to high standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct inspections and coordinate repairs and maintenance.
  • Manage planning permission submissions.

Tenant Relations:

  • Act as the primary contact for tenants.
  • Address tenant inquiries, complaints, and disputes professionally and promptly.
  • Oversee tenant move-ins and move-outs, lease agreements, and deposits.

Financial Management:

  • Develop property budgets and achieve financial goals.
  • Handle rent and service charge collection, ensuring punctuality.
  • Deliver regular financial reports to stakeholders.

Marketing and Leasing:

  • Create marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
  • Conduct viewings and handle leasing negotiations.
  • Keep records of property occupancy and availability up-to-date.

Compliance and Legal:

  • Guarantee property compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Stay updated on property law changes and apply necessary updates.
  • Manage lease agreements and renewals with legal compliance.

Vendor and Contractor Management:

  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repairs.
  • Negotiate contracts and oversee work quality.
  • Evaluate performance and maintain service provider relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Property Manager.
  • Strong understanding of property management and its financial aspects.
  • In-depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management.
  • Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software.
  • Customer focus and bottom-line orientation.
  • Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Well organized with excellent time management skills.
