Quick Staff UK is a leading recruitment agency specializing in providing temporary and permanent staffing solutions across various sectors. We are seeking a Part-Time Recruitment Associate to support the management of a temporary labour contract and to develop new business relationships in the Gloucester area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Starter Check-ins - Meet and check in new temporary workers, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Client Relationship Management - Regularly liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction with our services and workforce performance.
  • Contract Coordination - Assist in the day-to-day operations of a temporary labour contract, handling queries from both workers and clients.
  • Compliance & Administration - Ensure all workers have the correct right-to-work documentation, update records, and maintain compliance with industry standards.
  • On-Site Support - Be a point of contact for workers, providing guidance and resolving minor issues as they arise.
  • Business Development - Proactively seek new opportunities to grow our presence in the Gloucester area by developing relationships with local businesses in need of staffing solutions.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in recruitment, HR, customer service, or contract management (preferred but not essential).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • A proactive, problem-solving approach to managing workers and client needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Driving license and own vehicle (preferred, as travel between client sites may be required).
