Responsibilities:
- Research, identify and influence potential prospects, generate new business opportunities for the company
- Online network - build awareness and influence via outbound social media, phone and email
- Contact and qualify inbound prospects
- Set appointments and follow up on leads
- Collaborate with sales and marketing team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets including account mapping and ABM.
- Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management
- Be creative, develop your skills and share best practice
Candidate Attributes:
- Proven experience in sales
- Experience of outbound in a B2B environment
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software is essential
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Highly driven, competitive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A desire to learn and grow with the organisation
Salary - £49k OTE (£37.5k base) + Outstanding Benefits:
