Are you an established electrical technician with experience spanning in the industrial sector? If so, this might be the opportunity for you. Our client, a long standing and industrial manufacturing business is looking to add an electrical technician to join their day shift engineering team.

The Role:

As part of the maintenance engineering team, your primary responsibility will be to ensure all production and process machinery operates efficiently. Your key tasks will include:

  • Reactive Maintenance: Swiftly respond to breakdowns, diagnose issues, and repair electrical and mechanical faults.
  • Planned Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance to ensure the equipment remains reliable and functions smoothly.
  • Equipment Support: Assist with the installation and modification of electro-mechanical systems.
  • Team Collaboration: Provide training, coaching, and support to production and operational staff.

The Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of electrical systems
  • Previous experience fault finding and repairing on production/process machinery
  • A qualification in a relevant electrical discipline
