As a SoftwareSupport Engineerfor our rapidly growing software client, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to externalclients. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of our clients products and services.
Key skills and qualifactions required for thisSoftware Support Technician role:
- Working in a service desk or support role
- Proficiency in troubleshooting software and hardware issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Certifications of or willingness to undertaketraining and qualifications on the job: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals.
