The role:
As a Key Stage 1 Teacher, you will play a crucial role in supporting the classroom teacher and enhancing the learning experience of pupils. The ideal candidate:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Essential for this role, with a strong foundation in Key Stage 1 and 2 Curriculum
Inspire learning through planning and delivering engaging lessons, ensuring every child feels valued and challenged
Create a nurturing and supportive learning environment, where students feel safe and excited to learn
Collaborate with colleagues, support staff and parents
Monitor and assess student progress providing constructive feedback and tailored support to help each child reach their full potential
