An opportunity has arisen for aMechanical Installation Supervisorto take charge of managing and supervising mechanical services installations on-site, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, supervise, and oversee all aspects of mechanical subcontract installation packages.
- Manage commercial/industrial pipework installations and associated components.
- Interpret project requirements and relay instructions to site teams, maintaining communication with management.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to engineers, ensuring safe working methods are followed.
- Collaborate with contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers to resolve site issues effectively.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, commission and test systems, and monitor project progress.
- Adhere to Health & Safety policies and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.
Whats Required:
- NVQ Level 3 in Heating and Ventilation (Commercial/Industrial) or equivalent.
- A full UK driving licence.
- A valid CSCS card.
The successful candidate will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check prior to starting.
Hours and Benefits:
This is a full-time, permanent position with a 37.5-hour workweek (Monday to Friday), with potential overtime during busy periods.
