Do you have previous experience in Aftersales/Service Management? Do you have experience within the Commercial Vehicle or Plant Hire industries?

This well-established, growing business are widely regarded as a market leader having been at the forefront of their industry for several decades. Specialising in the commercial vehicle industry and with ambitious growth plans, they are actively looking for an individual to help shape, build and grow the Aftersales team.

In this position you will be responsible for growing customer revenues through developing and building on existing sales and deliveries. You will manage a skilled team of workshop/ roadside engineers along with a busy aftermarket department. You will also report and manage KPIs, status reports, budgets and departmental targets.

The ideal candidate for this position will have aftersales experience in either the commercial vehicle or plant hire sectors and looking to join an ambitious market leader. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within a growing business.The Role:

  • Growing and developing existing sales, customer accounts and delivery
  • Managing a busy workshop, roadside engineers and the aftermarket team
  • Reporting and managing KPIs, budgets and departmental targets
  • Ensuring high levels of customer service are maintained
  • £50,000 + £6000 Car allowance + Progression + 25 days Holiday + Private Healthcare + Bonus + Pension

The Person:

  • Previous experience in Aftersales and Service Management
  • Must have experience within the Commercial Vehicle or Plant Hire sectors
  • Must live local or willing to commute to Stourbridge and the surrounding areas
  • Must have high standards and the willingness to deliver high levels of customer service
