We have an exciting opportunity for a Head Chef to join our vibrant team at The Talbot. Whilst working with us you will contribute towards maintaining and growing our reputation for producing creative, fresh food in a stylish, busy country Gastropub.
You will have a passion for food, a can do attitude and be required to work across all areas of the kitchen with the ability to confidently manage the kitchen.
As our Head Chef you will:
- Take pride in producing quality fresh food
- Perform well in a busy environment
- Be innovative and creative in your approach to our seasonal and special menus including specs and costing
- Communicate, train and motivate our fun and successful kitchen team
- Meet food safety and cleaning standards
- Write your own rotas
