What You Will Do:

- Contribute to a wide range of projects, including site visits, scoping ground investigations, and undertaking designs.

- Engage in report writing and present designs to clients, showcasing your expertise.

- Manage projects and undertake checks on the designs of more junior engineers.

- Design a variety of temporary and permanent works, including bearing capacity assessment, slope stability assessment, and more.

- Utilise your knowledge of AutoCAD, MicroStation, or similar drafting software in practical applications.

- Play a pivotal role in expanding the company's footprint in the rail sector through innovative geotechnical solutions.

What You Will Bring:

- A relevant degree in Civil Engineering/Geotechnical Engineering or a related discipline (e.g., Geology).

- Experience in geotechnical design to Eurocodes, with a full clean UK driving licence.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, or similar drafting software.

- Strong report writing skills and the ability to manage projects effectively.

- For more senior roles, in-depth knowledge of both temporary and permanent works design and experience in the rail sector are highly desirable.
