A fantastic opportunity to work for a forward-thinking creative firm as a Project Manager has just become available. Based in Stourbridge, the successful applicant will work alongside multiple clients to deliver several projects simultaneously.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Taking full oversight of the delivery of various projects across the business; managing large budgets and a portfolio of multiple clients
  • Liaising with internal teams, external suppliers and company directors to oversee the development of projects; managing logistics and delegating when required
  • Organising and overseeing events to support project material, and aiding the development of new business
  • Financial management of projects, including preparing quotes, negotiating budgets and managing invoicing
  • Ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of close client relationships; organising and leading project-related meetings with clients
  • Managing project managers and other personnel involved in the projects
  • Other project management duties when required

Prospective applicants must have previous project management experience within agency; providing end-to-end management of multiple projects, budgets and events, as well as staff management experience. Applicants must have outstanding communication, organisation and management skills, as well as working as part of a team.
