This employed Mortgage Advisor job with hybrid working in Stourbridge provides opportunity to benefit from regular, quality leads

You could expect to receive potentially 40 - 60 leads per month, of which around half will convert into seen appointments, producing around 10 - 15 mortgage applications on a monthly basis!

This excellent level of productivity is achieved by having strong relationships with their professional introducers, which is something you should continue to uphold. The role is available due to continued growth in the business.

The business is passionate about the importance of protecting mortgages so clients are less likely to be financial vulnerable in the future, which is something you should also believe in.

You will receive full administration support with help keying in the application, plus dedicated Case Managers chasing the application for you through to completion and even a 'New Home’ card being sent out on your behalf.

In addition, the business would support your progression to become Diploma qualified and begin offering financial planning advice, if this was of interest to you

Mortgage Advisor Requirements

  • You should have 1+ years of experience as a Mortgage Advisor within a brokerage environment (i.e. whole of market or multi-tied)
  • You must hold full CeMAP or equivalent
  • You should be excited by the prospect of converting high levels of business and be proactive in engaging with their professional introducers
