Sprinkler Design Engineer Office based, Commutable from Brierley Hill, Halesowen, Cradley Heath, Birmingham (West), Dudley and Wolverhampton. Monday-Friday (Early finish Friday) + Bonus Scheme + Pension + Health Care + Above Market Rate Salary.Are you an experienced Sprinkler Design Engineer looking to join a dynamic, growing company and work on high-profile projects at renowned locations like Wembley and the Shard?This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking a company that values employee dedication, with a transparent progression path and a rewarding bonus scheme. This company is the UK's class-leading supplier of fire detection and fire protection systems and remain of the largest privately owned fire protection businesses in the UK. They are looking to employ someone who can maintain high standards and become a key member of the design team.This role is a Monday to Friday, 9-5 site based role. You will be ensuring designs are produced to a high quality, are compliant with the relevant standards and meet necessary timescales, while maintaining a professional relationship with clients, team members and sub-contractors.The ideal candidate will have multiple years of experience in sprinkler design engineering, hold a FHC design qualification and have knowledge of FM and NFPA standards. The Role:

  • Production and design of fire protection sprinkler system installation drawings and coordination models.
  • Carry out checks to ensure designs are complaint to the relevant standards and project specifications.
  • Onsite surveying.

The Person:

  • Sprinkler Design Engineer.
  • Experienced producing technical drawings in AutoCAD and Revit sheets.
  • Experience in the production of the hydraulic calculations using the Canute FHC design software.
  • Knowledge of LPC Sprinkler Rules.
  • Minimum of LCPB Basic Design Qualification
