A forward thinking, dynamic and sociable organisation based in Stourbridge/Hagley are seeking a diligent, proactive and experienced Events Project Manager for reputable Agency on a full time, permanent basis. Working as part of a collaborative team, the successful candidate will work with a diverse range of high profile clients to ensure high levels of service delivery on Event Projects with the successful candidate having a solid background in Operational Events and Event Logistics, ideally from an agency background. This is a wonderful company that has many perks and have a stunning office space mixed with the opportunity to work remotely where needed. Due to the location it is strongly recommended that you have access to a car with parking available on site.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Taking fulling ownership of the delivery of large scale, high budget Events for clients, including taking the initial brief, supplier management, content development, delegate management alongside ensuring compliance is adhered to ISO9001 standards
  • Creating high quality, though provoking and relevant content to build engagement, working on a clear strategy for each client
  • Managing of budgets, producing of quotes and costings
  • Day to day management of client relationships, conducting regular service level reviews
  • Generating of new business and pitching to clients
  • Line management of other individuals within the team, helping to set standards within the company.

The ideal candidate will have solid Events Operations experience, ideally from an agency background and have worked with high profile clients, managing of budgets and have a strong service ethic. You will be open minded, creative and contribute in meetings. You will ideally have had prior line management experience and experience of creating content and video productions.
