Our client is looking for a Senior Account Handler with strong cross-commercial lines insurance broking experience, ideally someone who has handled sizable and complex risks. This full-time, permanent role is based in Stourbridge with a hybrid work arrangement, requiring three days per week in the office.

This position would be ideal for a seasoned Senior Account Handler with a minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial insurance, looking to step up into a more senior, managerial role. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients, working closely with Account Executives on renewal strategies, and attending client meetings to discuss complex risks. Experience with systems such as Acturis, producing accurate documentation, and ensuring contract certainty is required.

Strong communication, negotiation, and technical broking skills are essential, as is the ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload. Experience leading or managing teams will be a significant advantage as our client seeks someone with leadership potential.
