Role Responsibilities

As an Employment Tax Manager, you will:

  • Provide expert advice on employment tax matters, including PAYE, NIC, employee benefits, and expenses
  • Assist clients with compliance in areas such as IR35, off-payroll working regulations, and HMRC audits
  • Offer guidance on tax-efficient planning, including salary sacrifice schemes, termination payments, and other strategies

  • Work closely with colleagues across departments to provide clients with comprehensive solutions
  • Contribute to business development initiatives to expand the employment tax service offering
  • Mentor and support junior team members, helping to grow their technical skills and expertise
