Job Purpose
  • Deliver bespoke tax advice to a varied portfolio, including HNWIs and sole traders
  • Oversee all commercial aspects of a personal tax portfolio to ensure exceptional service
  • Collaborate with Partners to design innovative tax strategies and solutions
  • Prepare and review personal tax compliance and advisory reports
  • Handle advisory projects, including Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax, Trusts tax, and SAS
  • Act as a primary contact with HMRC, resolving client queries promptly
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing training and reviewing work
  • Identify opportunities to add value for clients and contribute to the firm’s growth

Job Requirements

We’re looking for candidates with the following qualifications and experience:

  • ACA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent qualification, with significant expertise in personal tax
  • Proven experience managing a personal tax portfolio and delivering tailored tax solutions
  • Leadership skills, with experience mentoring and supervising junior staff
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK tax regulations and compliance requirements
  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and client-focused mindset
