- Mon to Thurs 7:45am - 4:45pm. Friays 7:45am 3:45pm.
- Pick and Pack goods for despatch and produce relevant paperwork
- Produce packing labels via PC
- Fork Lift Truck Checks List to be completed and signed each morning to check and make sure vehicle is safe to use (PUWER 98).
- Unload materials from suppliers transport and locate the consignment onto the storage racks in warehouse.
- Also inform the warehouse manager/Admin that there has been returned and issue a new label.
- Unloading of containers and moving stock to good inwards areas ,awaiting inspection.
- Assist with annual stocktake
- Paperwork/computer/other Duties
- Receive copies of purchase orders to verify raw material requirements against deliveries from suppliers
- Produce and receive transfer documents between sites.
- Secondary /Backup Responsibilities
- Assist with general duties unrelated to the main responsibilities Objective for this role
- Must be able to plan ahead and use initiative.
- Personal Attributes Must be physically fit
- Well organised (able to manage own workload)-
- Self
- Computer literate.
