We are recruiting a teaching assistant role to work in the Kingswinford area in a Primary School. This teaching assistant's role is to work closely with the class teacher to support a safe, engaging and positive learning environment in a Reception class.
The school is looking for a candidate with experience in Early Years and knowledge of the curriculum requirements. Â
This role will start in March 2025 and continue on a long term basis (8:30-3:30).
Required Skills and Experience for this Teaching Assistant role
Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification
Good curriculum knowledge of Early Years/Reception
Experience working in Nurseries or Primary Schools as a Teaching Assistant or LSA
A DBS on the update service or issued in the last 12 months
UK school experience
A minimum of 2 excellent references
Working for Flourish Education as a Teaching Assistant (LSA) you will receive
Competitive Salary - between £85-£100 per day depending on experience, which equates to £16,578.90-£19,500 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year
£100 welcome to the team bonus paid automatically after working 10 days
