As EMC Technical Manager you will:
- Lead the development of the company's test solutions business, enabling prime EMC lab builds, SCIFs, and wider system integration.
- Manage a range of projects from inception to handover, utilising both internal and third-party resources to deliver solutions that are right the first time.
- Regularly update Product Management plans for the EMC principals and provide technical support to the sales team.
- Generate technical blogs and whitepapers in the area of EMC, identifying gaps in the solutions portfolio.
- Maintain and enhance product/market knowledge, acting as the business lead for the EMC sector.
- Support the sales team with customer visits, key account management, and collaborate with marketing to promote the EMC and test solutions function.
The EMC Technical Manager will bring:
- A degree, HNC, or equivalent in an Engineering/Science discipline, coupled with proven experience in EMC engineering and compliance.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work and lead teams to success.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a professional and target-oriented approach.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with effective time management for self and team.
- A passion for staying ahead in the field, with a keen eye for identifying new products or principals to enhance the existing portfolio.
