We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our team at the Vine Inn Kinver DY7 6LJ in preparing delicious traditional pub meals with a twist, also pizza making with wood fire pizza oven. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent culinary skills and used to work with high volumes of customers over the weekends .
Responsibilities:
- Ensure food safety standards are met at all times
- Assist in menu planning and creating new dishes
- Cook and prepare meals according to recipes
- Oversee food production processes
- Supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen
- Provide excellent hospitality to customers
- Manage and lead the kitchen team effectively
