A Team Leader to manage and motivate a leading residential conveyancing department is sought to join this leading Regional Law Practice. THE ROLE: As a team manager you will ideally be based in the office but there is some flexibility with home working as well. You will run your own reduced caseload and will manage a team of 4 – 6 lawyers. You will be able to demonstrate a track record of management experience and will be commercially astute as well. An integral part of this role is coaching and mentoring the other team members to ensure the delivery of exacting standards to the firm’s clients. Acting for a number of well know national house builders this is a high profile roleTHE CANDIDATE: You will be a highly experienced and qualified residential conveyancer who is seeking their next move. Ideally as a team Manager you will have a proven track record of managing and growing a team.
