  • Supporting Quality Engineers and Inspectors, ensuring daily operations align with product specifications and customer requirements.
  • Developing and improving inspection processes, driving problem-solving initiatives through 8D methodology, and implementing poke yoke solutions where applicable.
  • Overseeing adherence to IATF16949 standards, conducting internal audits, and supporting continuous improvement across all departments.
  • Training production teams on quality requirements, analysing performance data, and reporting key issues to drive PPM and scrap reductions.
  • Addressing customer concerns with containment actions, quality alerts, and resolution plans, ensuring effective communication and implementation.
Senior Quality EngineerEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a quality role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Expertise in quality planning, APQP, PPAP, and AIAG core tools, including process flow, PFMEA, and control plan generation.
  • Skilled in inspection, testing, and implementing plans to monitor and improve product and process quality, aligning with external requirements.
