Supporting Quality Engineers and Inspectors, ensuring daily operations align with product specifications and customer requirements.
Developing and improving inspection processes, driving problem-solving initiatives through 8D methodology, and implementing poke yoke solutions where applicable.
Overseeing adherence to IATF16949 standards, conducting internal audits, and supporting continuous improvement across all departments.
Training production teams on quality requirements, analysing performance data, and reporting key issues to drive PPM and scrap reductions.
Addressing customer concerns with containment actions, quality alerts, and resolution plans, ensuring effective communication and implementation.

Senior Quality EngineerEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Previous experience in a quality role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Expertise in quality planning, APQP, PPAP, and AIAG core tools, including process flow, PFMEA, and control plan generation.
Skilled in inspection, testing, and implementing plans to monitor and improve product and process quality, aligning with external requirements.
