As a Goods Inwards and Outwards Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and quality at every step. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing goods inwards, storing supplies correctly, and processing associated paperwork.
- Managing transport logistics, including loading/unloading and coordinating with subcontractors.
- Updating ERP systems with operations tickets, product photos, special instructions, and maintaining accurate records.
- Packing, inspecting, and hardness testing orders to meet company and customer standards.
- Allocating and maintaining casting stock, ensuring all records are kept current.
