Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors and site teams, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and report on key milestones, identifying and addressing any risks or delays.
- Ensure the smooth running of site activities, maintaining strong communication with all parties involved.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure work is carried out to the required specifications.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in the retail fit-out sector.
- Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and site management practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines.
- Experience with retail or commercial projects is essential.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid) are highly desirable.
