A reputable, creative business based close to Stourbridge are seeking an Office Manager on a full time, permanent basis. If you have previous experience as an Office Manager, strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail, then this may be the role for you! The successful candidate will enjoy a predominantly office based role, with occasional work from home on a Friday, with a salary of up to 32k!

You will enjoy a role with lots of variety, you will take on Front of House duties for the business, so meeting and greeting any clients as well as answering the phones, taking pride in the work space and ensuring everything is organized, managing the meeting rooms diary, managing the asset register, organizing office facilities contracts, managing suppliers, managing health and safety, occasionally supporting HR with inductions, as well as elements of contractual compliance and GDPR.

Please note that due to the remote location of the office it is preferable that the successful candidate will have access to a vehicle.
