We’re hiring on behalf of a dynamic and fast-growing events and communications agency, and they’re on the lookout for a hands-on, go-getter Office Manager to join their team. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Front of House: You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, managing the reception area and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Office Coordination: Handle meeting room bookings, incoming/outgoing post, and deliveries. You’ll ensure everything is organised and running smoothly day-to-day.
  • IT Support: Manage external IT suppliers and help with basic tech issues. You’ll also oversee cybersecurity measures, including Cyber Essentials accreditation.
  • Compliance: Maintain company compliance with regulations such as GDPR, ISO 9001, and health & safety protocols.
  • Project Management: Lead various office-related projects, such as updating policies and managing company certifications.

  • Office Management Experience: You’ve worked in office management before and are confident in keeping things organised and efficient.
  • Strong Communicator: You have excellent communication skills and can collaborate effectively with team members and external partners.
  • IT-Savvy: You’re comfortable with IT systems, and experience with cybersecurity or compliance is a bonus.
  • Organised and Detail-Oriented: You’re great at multitasking, prioritising tasks, and keeping everything in order.
  • Team Player: You enjoy working in a collaborative environment but can also take initiative and work independently when needed.
