We are looking for an Office Manager to join a creative business based in Stourbridge. This role is very varied and is offering up to 31k a year dependant on experience!

This role is very exciting as you will be involved with a mix of duties. Sitting on the front desk, you would be running and managing the office ranging from but not exclusive too:

  • Being front of house for the business, by welcoming and looking after visitors and calls coming into the business
  • Booking meeting rooms and assuring they are kept clean and tidy.
  • Ensuring legal and contractual compliance is adhered too with client contracts.
  • Managing IT for any external IT suppliers and helpdesk incidents
  • Ensuring the company intranet is up to date
  • Ensuring health and safety management is up to date alongside training new and current staff and communicating any changes.
  • Management of office facilities alongside building and grounds maintenance
  • Overseeing GDPR requirements for the business
  • Supporting the HR department by scheduling and managing induction programmes for new staff
  • Occasional ad hoc duties

This is a very exciting role for someone who is wanting a creative and supportive environment!

Previous experience of managing or running an office is essential for this role, and excellent decision and communication skills is key!

Due to the location of the business, driving would be ideal for this role. This role would be 4 days in the office, with one day at home but with flexibility.
