A leading creative agency at the forefront of innovative solutions is seeking an exceptional Office Manager/Office Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This multifaceted role is crucial in maintaining our operational excellence and fostering a productive work environment.

The role requires a hands-on all rounder who is prepared to roll their sleeves their sleeves up and get stuck in. This role is 4 days in the office and one day at home.

The varied and busy duties will include:

Front of House Management:

  • Be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome
  • Manage reception area, including visitor check-in and hosting and handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

Facilities and Resource Management:

  • Oversee meeting room bookings, ensuring spaces are clean, tidy, and fully equipped
  • Coordinate office maintenance, liaising with building owners and contractors
  • Manage asset register for all company property, including purchasing and disposal

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

  • Maintaining ISO 9001 certification, conducting internal audits and staff training
  • Ensure adherence to UK GDPR requirements, including compliance checks and staff education
  • Oversee legal and contractual compliance for all client contracts and leading the implementation and maintenance of Cyber Essentials accreditation

IT and Systems Management & Health & Safety legislation:

Liaise with external IT suppliers to manage helpdesk incidents and implement and oversee health and safety protocols at office and facilities level

Human Resources Support:

  • Assisting HR department with induction programs for new staff and contributing to the creation and maintenance of company policy directory

Applicants must have previous experience in an operational support role managing processes and procedures.
