Due to the continued success and exponential growth of our clients Block Management business, we are seeking a dedicated and proactive Property Manager to join their team based in Stourbridge, West Midlands.

The role

The successful candidate will support the Associate Director in providing an industry leading property management service. You will be using office systems and dealing with a range of people from contractors and Directors of management committees through to Landlords and Leaseholders.

You will:-

  • Assist in the preparation of service charge budgets and subsequent issuing of demands for service charges and grounds rents.
  • You will maintain and monitor the residential block management system and offer general advice and information on property related matters.
  • Carry out regular site inspections to ensure the portfolio meets Health and Safety standards, identify maintenance requirements, take meter readings and organise repairs.
  • You will be responsible for negotiating and managing the required insurance policies for the developments within the portfolio, including claim management.
  • Instigate major works through the Section 20 process if required.
  • Alongside the Compliance Co-ordinator, you will ensure that all developments in the portfolio are fully compliant with all relevant regulations.

Due to the nature of work, some evening work will be required to attend client meetings and take minutes for circulation to leaseholders.

Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5.30pm

Excellent basic + bonus scheme

Car driver essential.
