Our client, with a rich history of growth and expansion, is now looking to expand their team with a passionate and dedicated Block Manager.

The Role: Block Manager
In this key role, you will be entrusted with managing around 50 blocks of flats within a 20-mile radius of the Stourbridge office.
You’ll be responsible for carrying out bi-monthly site inspections, preparing attendance reports using the Blocks on Line software, and addressing day-to-day inquiries.
Your role will also involve the coordination of and chairing of EGMs and AGMs, as well as managing budgets and insurance matters for the properties you oversee.

Key Information:
- Full-time role based in Stourbridge
