The Role: Block Manager

In this key role, you will be entrusted with managing around 50 blocks of flats within a 20-mile radius of the Stourbridge office.

You’ll be responsible for carrying out bi-monthly site inspections, preparing attendance reports using the Blocks on Line software, and addressing day-to-day inquiries.

Your role will also involve the coordination of and chairing of EGMs and AGMs, as well as managing budgets and insurance matters for the properties you oversee.
