Your Role as a AQA English Teacher
- Deliver engaging lessons across KS3 & KS4, fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Differentiate learning by adapting teaching methods to support diverse needs and ensure student progress.
- Inspire and motivate students by cultivating a love for AQA English in an environment that nurtures curiosity.
- Maintain classroom discipline using effective behaviour management strategies to create a structured, positive space.
- Collaborate and innovate with colleagues on curriculum planning and extracurricular activities to enhance student engagement.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a valid Teacher Reference Number (TRN).
- Minimum 6 months teaching experience in Key Stage 3 & GCSE Maths.
- Strong classroom management and lesson delivery skills.
