Our client is a well-established automotive engineering manufacturer based in the Stourbridge area, who are seeking an enthusiastic Stores Operative to join the team.
Stores Operative Job Overview
Organising and maintaining the stores room
Accurately recording stock control
Checking and closing off works orders
Controlling issue of components to ensure accurate stock is maintained
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date stock records
Assisting with packing and despatch of completed orders
Stores Operative Job Requirements
- Based in a commutable distance of Stourbridge
- Previous experience within a Stores / Warehouse related role
- Good time management skills
- IT literate
- Exposure to the automotive / engineering industry
Stores Operative Salary & Benefits
- Starting salary £24,000
- Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00. Permanent position.
- Holiday allowance and pension
