Your new roleThe role of a Senior Support Officer is to lead and manage the supported housing scheme to the highest possible standards and the service runs in line with regulatory and contractual requirements. This includes prioritising the needs of the customers who live there.What you'll need to succeedYou will have experience of leading in service delivery, performance management & performance reviews, staff management, as well as a good understanding of operating a supported housing service for customers with complex needs. What you'll get in returnThis is a 6 month fixed term contract, offering an annual salary of £33,647 plus 33 days annual leave per annum.
