What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing vital support to students with special educational needs (SEN) in a variety of inspiring, inclusive classrooms.
- Covering lessons and ensuring students receive high-quality learning in the absence of permanent staff.
- Working closely with dedicated teachers and support staff to maintain a positive, safe, and engaging classroom environment.
- Helping to foster a nurturing atmosphere where every student can thrive.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience with SEN students (either in schools or in another setting).
- Adaptability & Flexibility - You'll need to be ready to hit the ground running and adjust quickly to different classroom environments.
- A true passion for education and a desire to make a meaningful impact.
- Availability for short-term, flexible work.
