Set in a stunning country manor with beautiful gardens, this nursing home is under new management and seeking a clinically astute Clinical Lead to support the Home Manager in enhancing care standards and improving the CQC rating.
Clinical Lead Duties:
- Lead & Inspire – Support and mentor the care team.

- Ensure Quality Care – Develop and review care plans.

Clinical Lead Requirements:
- Adult Nurse or RGN with NMC pin and clinical expertise.
- Focused on continuous development.
- Experience managing staff and standards.
- Skilled in dementia or end-of-life care.
- Proficient in care planning systems (ideally PCS).
