Hours - Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 17.30pm and Friday 8.30am - 15.00pm and 1 in 3 weekends
Annual Salary £24,200 - £28,000

Day to Day Duties
- Planning engineers routing in order of priority visits
- Ensure that you provide the highest level of customer service at all times in order to increase customer loyalty and therefore gain repeat business.
- You must be computer literate and confident, outgoing with a professional approach to customer service.
- The ability to ensure our customers are aware of additional products and services we offer is also essential.
- Deal with quotations/customer enquiries
- Ensure relevant parts are booked on jobs carried out.
Essential Skills
- The ideal candidate will be committed to achieving excellence in all aspects of the role. You will be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to liaise with customers while their machines are being repaired in a prompt and efficient manner.
- You must have strong time management skills as your primary focus is to deliver on our customer expectations.
- You will be able to demonstrate that you share our Company values, possessing strong communication and organisation skills whilst maximising customer satisfaction.
Desirable Experience
- Previous planning or scheduling work would be desirable
- Experience of booking appointments for field based Engineers would be desirable
