HR Advisor - Stourport - Part-time or Full time options (£32K Pro rata)

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting HR processes? We’re looking for an HR Advisor for our Manufacturing Client in Stourport.
The successful HR Advisor will support the team across recruitment, employee relations, and general HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment
- Write and update job descriptions
- Post advertisements and update job boards
- Keep the company website up-to-date with job openings
- Coordinate interview schedules
- Prepare job offers and contracts
Inductions
- Conduct Right to Work checks
- Lead employee induction sessions
Employee Relations
- Monitor absences and conduct Return to Work interviews (liaising with H&S as necessary)
- Apply the Bradford Factor for absence management
- Take notes for disciplinary, grievance, and welfare meetings as needed
- Conduct exit interviews and provide related reporting
General HR Administration
- Maintain employee files and paperwork
- Support the integrated QUENSH system, updating policies and processes as required
- Update and support managers with training matrices
- Manage HR spreadsheets and general administrative tasks
- Handle additional ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work proactively and use initiative
- Strong communication skills and team orientation
- Previous experience in administration is essential
- Experience in a factory setting is an advantage
- Positive energy, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic
