An experienced Residential Conveyancer is required to join a leading law firm based in Stow-on-the-wold on a hybrid basis working 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

You will be required to have previous experience handling a caseload within Residential Conveyancing.

The Role

  • Managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion including, sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions.
  • Processing cases in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders
  • Developing professional relationships, both with clients and Introducers
  • Generating a fee income in line with agreed targets
