A highly regarded Cotswolds based law firm are currently looking to recruit a Front of House Receptionist to provide support for the firms stylish office based in Stow-On-the-Wold. You will be providing general support to the whole office.

You will be required to have previous receptionist experience.

Duties include

Greet visitors upon arrival
Answer, screen and transfer incoming calls
Provide administrative support to all members of staff
Scanning and distributing mail on a daily basis
Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch
Ensure the reception area is presentable at all times
Preparing correspondence using our case management system
