Partner Financial are working with a dynamic and rapidly growing healthcare company headquartered in Suffolk County. The company is in the process of expanding and enhancing its finance function. To support this next phase of growth, they are looking to bring on board a skilled Management Accountant to play a key role in producing accurate and insightful monthly management accounts, as well as overseeing comprehensive financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading on month-end adjustments, processing accruals, and prepayments, etc.
  • Owning the preparation of monthly consolidated management accounts.
  • Taking responsibility for raising ad hoc sales invoices.
  • Assisting with VAT return production and ensuring other regulatory filings are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Supporting with any queries raised in a timely manner.
  • Supporting the Group Financial Controller with ad hoc duties.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent).
  • Experience of working in a start-up or SME environment would be highly advantageous.
  • Experience of management account preparation.
  • An inquisitive, self-starter with a can-do mindset.
  • High degree of self-awareness, able to proactively establish and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
