Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Operations department and Contract Managers through a variety of administrative tasks.
As an Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Operations department and Contract Managers through a variety of administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing general administrative support, including managing phone communications and overseeing the contracts managers' mailbox.
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients concerning induction and delivery processes, arranging necessary documentation.
- Coordinating material movements
- Managing daily reports and promptly addressing issues
- Administering the creation of Job Packs for Supervisors
- Developing and managing a tracker for site issues and reporting
- Maintaining project documentation such as contracts and specifications.
- Fostering effective communication between internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Facilitating regional meetings, including scheduling, addressing action items, and creating agendas.
- Assisting with the preparation and sharing of reports and documents.
- Managing small tool hires and liaising with supply chain partners.
