Job Title: Chief of Staff

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000

Location: Ipswich (5 days a week in the office)

About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the company while fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture. As the Chief of Staff, you will work closely with the executive team to ensure seamless operations and effective communication across departments. Your leadership will help them achieve the strategic objectives while nurturing a culture of innovation and accountability.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting executive leadership with strategic planning and operational oversight.
  • Driving key projects and initiatives to improve internal processes and client engagement.
  • Managing cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless communication.
  • Acting as a point of contact between leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
