HGV Class 1 Driver - Mendlesham

Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:00

£15.65 per hour, 8 hour minimum

ASAP Start

We are currently looking for a HGV Class 1 Driver for a client we are representing in the Mendlesham area, this is a temp to permanent role. The hours of 08:00 - 16:00 might extend once volume increases. You will be doing shunts to and from local a delivery point.

As a HGV Class 1 Driver we ask:

You hold a minimum of 1 year HGV Class 1 experience
You hold a Full UK Driving licence with C+E / Full CPC and DIGI Tacho card
You do not have any DD, DR or IN convictions on licence

As a HGV Class 1 Driver you will be responsible for:

Safely operate an HGV Class 1 vehicle
Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries.
Complete necessary paperwork and logbooks accurately
Provide excellent customer service.
Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
