Applicants must have proven residential experience and will be responsible for delivering units on time and within budget while maintaining high standards.
The role requires strong leadership skills to manage a team and ensure customer service, build quality, and health and safety standards are met.
The salary for this position is up to £65,000 plus a competitive package including a car allowance or company car, bonus scheme, and private healthcare.
Candidates must hold a CSCS Card, SMSTS, and First Aid certification, along with relevant experience and two working references.

In this role, you will be the Site Manager of a residential site, you will be responsible for delivering units on programme and on budget, with the highest of standards. You should be capable of managing a team and setting high standards of customer service, build quality and Health and Safety.
