  • Contract roles offer a pay rate ranging from £30 to £40 per hour, while permanent roles pay between £48,000 and £65,000 per annum based on qualifications and experience.
  • Candidates should ideally have an HND or higher in Mechanical or Structural Engineering, along with knowledge of CDM and Safety Regulations, and relevant certifications such as IOSH or NEBOSH.
  • The roles involve regular audits on work, controlling project costs, and developing business with clients, with working hours from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Fulcrum Engineering are acting as an Employment Business on behalf of our Client.

 We are recruiting experinced CDM/Safety Project Managers, Strucutural/Mechanical,  Mechanical/Piping & Estiamating & Site Managers or Engineers at all levels.

 These roles will be senior and junior roles but will still require very good all round skills & experience covering estimating, surveying, costing, planning & managing work.

Running Contracts liasing with Client Staff, advising them on work being planned in.

Attending Site Safety & Planning Meetings.

CDM & Safety Control

Co-ordinate structural & mechanical / interface together with sub-contract suppliers.

Instruct company Buyer to order any material or hire equipment required and identify any delivery problems, which could affect programme.  Expedite critical deliveries to ensure programme requirements are achieved.

Instruct Company Supervisors on work requirements together with pre-work site visits if necessary, assist with preparation of method statements and risk assessments ensuring they are approved by the client prior to any site works commencing.

Ensure that all time sheets / job sheets always accurately reflect the work and hours carried out on site.

Control project costs, communicate with accounts department.

When work is completed, and having confirmed that the customer is satisfied, audit all costs incurred to ensure that information for final invoicing is correct.

Carry out regular audits on all work to ensure that standards of safety, quality and efficiency are being maintained.

Contract Roles from £30 + to £40 + per hr 

Perm Roles depending on quals & experinece and level from £48,000 to £65,000 + p.a

Working Hours = 07300 to 1700 Mon to Fri

Quals =  HND or higher ideally Mechanical or Structural Engineering,  CDM Regs & Safety Regs, IOSH or NEBOSH and ideally SMSTS, Driving Licence, Computer Literate
